Hear us

Here are some examples of what we sing, mostly recorded live in concerts, including some in the spacious acoustic of St Nicholas Church, Prague.

For copyright reasons, we are not able to include recordings of more recent works here, but in our concerts you will usually find a selection of music from the twentieth century as well as pieces like these.

To hear the songs below you need to have Real Audio installed on your computer. If you do not have this go to Real Audio Help and you will be told where to find it.

"In Tippett's Five Negro Spirituals director Ruth Brown drew from the choir some particularly strong unaccompanied singing and a choral sound with a real cutting edge to it, while the English madrigals demonstrated its vocal agility and a softer, lighter sound."
